Achieve perfect inline position control with the Selmatec PC-Inspector
Maintaining the correct placement position of components in a press line requires special attention to ensure product quality and avoid possibly expensive die / equipment damage. The Selmatec PC-Inspector monitors inline position and can optionally carry out clearance checks, for example, to prevent the press from moving if a component has jammed in the upper die. In addition, this can prevent robots / transfers or feeders from colliding with irregularly positioned components, which can cause expensive downtime and repairs. The use of real-time vision components allows its integration into existing or new lines, independently from cycle times.
