When assembling a vehicle, it is important to ensure that every part is cleanly placed together. However, different pieces have challenging shapes or may require adhesive in extremely targeted spots, which demand your monitoring versatility.
Windows, carpets, dashboards and air filters are just some examples of areas that require extreme precision to ensure high quality and avoid glue leftovers. For example, in the case of window panes, the dispenser nozzle must apply adhesive in a thin line over the entire border for maximum sealing. Alternatively, adhesive application on a carpet must take into account the rugged texture to avoid future cracks.
