With our monitoring system, the TP-Inspector, you will forget about the problems that come when trying to secure a hostile environment with extreme temperatures. By placing two line scanners next to the tracks, the TP-Inspector will display a real-time thermal image, providing an exact assessment of the refractory lining. The system also accurately collects data, such as weight, travel and last maintenance of each car, even when their speed varies (e.g. 2…12 km/h).
Thanks to its easy integration (this is a virtualizable system that doesn’t need a separate PC solution) and simple data backup procedures, you can rest assured that the system will optimize your entire process without giving you additional worries when implementing it.
