LED Stripe: Simplify tracking and easily reject defective products
Clearly identifying and manually rejecting defective products on belt conveyors can be difficult in a busy production line. Simplify tracking with this solution.
At Selmatec, we designed our LED stripe / LED Bar to improve clarity and clearly show workers the status of components to avoid false rejections. You can mount the stripe next to or above the conveyor belt and match the displayed colours of the from your QA system to the product size.
Our patented LED stripe is fully customizable: you can display the standard colours green (OK) and red (not OK), as well as other colours like blue, as the example shows. The colour set as “not OK” fades to allow people with colour deficiencies to read information with confidence. The colours are freely customizable.
The LED strip is scalable up to 30 meters and comes in 2-meter segments that can be shortened, making it very easy to install.
