LED-Stripe: Never lose sight of the status of your parts
The amount of events happening simultaneously in a production line can be overwhelming. How to keep track of the resulting parts?
In a fast paced production line it is easy to lose sight of the parts, making it difficult to distinguish the correct parts from those that come out with mistakes. This is why having visual cues can significantly improve your experience.
Our patented LED-status-stripe can help you track the resulting products every step of the way. By placing it next to the conveyor belt and synchronizing it with its movement, the LED-Stripe will display green or red lights if the final product is in good or bad condition respectively. Thanks to its intelligent system, the LED-Stripe is able to determine the exact size of the parts being transported on the conveyor belt. That way, the LED permanently matches the length of the part on top of it.
The LED-Stripe is scalable up to 30 meters and comes in 2 meter segments, making it very easy to mount. Additionally, it provides an option for colorblind people with pulsating lights.
