Plastic tubing: How can we monitor its integrity?

Plastic tubing is a core part of multiple industries, including automotive, thanks to the flexibility, durability and adaptability of the product. How can we monitor its integrity during manufacture?
One way to ensure the high quality of your product is by monitoring the tube as soon as it emerges from the extruder. Early control allows you to detect potential extruder malfunction, preventing issues before they become too large to manage.
Control temperature stability whether by using pyrometers or IR Cameras. We recommend the MI3 and Thermalert 4.0 pyrometers, as well as the TV40 IR Camera, all of which are state-of-the-art technology, providing highly accurate feedback in real time.
