With countless components moving simultaneously in a factory, workers must quickly and accurately identify defective products for manual rejection. However, in the midst of busy operations, it is easy for errors to occur, leading to either false rejections or defective items slipping through unnoticed.
To streamline this process, Selmatec introduces the LED StripE, our patented LED strip designed for efficiency, enhancing visibility, improving tracking, and optimizing manual quality control. Unlike conventional LED strips, the LED StripE is engineered specifically for industrial use and the needs of our customers.
Working in-sync with QA systems, the easy-to-install LED StripE displays colors that always follow each product on the conveyor belt (green to indicate accepted items and red to flag defective ones). Alternatively, you can select any colour for your plant or choose the blinking setup as an option for the colorblind. Color combinations can also be matched to the specific component, for example, to mark laboratory parts to be ejected separately.
