Within our customizable Inspector System range, the highly specialized PH Inspector software provides the customized solution you need to support your hot stamping line. It not only provides real-time feedback, but also allows easy integration of the most optimized devices for the job.
For partial curing processes, the ideal monitoring range is 20 to 1100°C. We use only CQI9-4th compliant IR sensors to ensure reliable and robust results / monitoring. Our used and continuously developed MP line scanners and CIR cameras, are validated and proven over many years.
