Cooling Bed: Keep track of your product temperatures and cooling rates
With a single line scanner (incl. tilting unit), you can reliably fulfill this monitoring task. Monitor product-specific temperature curves and cooling curves over the course of your cooling bed, ensuring that the lifting magnets of your unloading crane do not pick up any billets that are too warm and that could possibly damage the plant or even injure employees.

The modular 2D scan system is ideal for monitoring large areas such as cooling beds, warehouses or waste bunkers. Various connection options to plant control systems as well as visualizations, evaluations or even web servers that can be used in the intranet, for example, can be adapted individually.
The user-friendly software visualizes the entire process at a glance and alerts if limit values are exceeded. The automated, billet temperature-dependent release for the crane pick-up with electromagnets can also be carried out from the system.
