This all-new user-friendly and innovative kiln shell anomaly detection system consists of a dedicated modular application software and one or more IR line scanners. Thanks to its specialized design, the system can display a highly detailed thermal image of the entire surface in real time.
Instead of dealing with unplanned downtime, the CS400's instant alerts let you schedule maintenance to avoid costly damage. Because the system can view every brick in detail, it's no problem to detect the precise location of hot spots and other anomalies as soon as they occur.
