CT-Inspector: Monitor and correct the alignment of your materials
In destacking processes there is often the need for re-alignment / centering of the destacked blanks in order to reproduce a desired position along the production line. The Selmatec CT-Inspector supports this application with an optimized and robust camera/lighting system on a centering table. Any positional deviations detected on the material that needs to be transported are transferred as correction data to the second robot, enabling a corrected pick-up/deposit position with up to < +/-1mm accuracy.
