Today a classic customer-favourite makes a comeback with an exciting upgrade: our trustworthy TP-Inspector system for thermal inspection of torpedo cars can now monitor vehicles that travel up to 24 km/h without any detection gaps.
This is all thanks to the latest 300Hz scanner technology (MP300 Line Scanner), which is integrated with our TP-Inspector solution to ensure unparalleled monitoring power.
Our TP-Inspector earned the trust of our customers by providing an integral solution to increase the safety of torpedo cars. Since these vehicles transport contents of extreme temperatures regularly, it is crucial to implement strategies to detect potential issues that could become a larger threat.
The software is paired together with robust line scanners equipped with stainless-steel casings. The line scanners can measure, even while the torpedo car is moving, whereas the software collects data and analyses in real-time to provide the user with alerts if preset limits are exceeded. The new line scanner generation can measure up to 300 lines per second, allowing double the speed variance on moving torpedo cars when compared to its predecessor.
Needless to say, this change will not compromise data in any way, so you can expect the TP-Inspector’s functionality to be as sharp as ever. Our TP-Inspector is known for capturing and storing various parameters for each thermal image of a torpedo car (Weight, travel distance, maintenance history and more!)
