Software and Hardware, a modular all-in-one solution
To provide a complete solution, our EC150 float glass monitoring system consist of a system software developed in-house, and one or more IR line scanners that are distributed across the sections of the float glass system.
One of our main objectives is to obtain the most accurate and complete thermal image possible, including section profiles of the glass surface, integrating data for temperature and width. The EC150 system detects anomalies in real-time and optionally communicates directly with the system controls.
Individual, continuously expandable interfaces allow further direct data exchange with higher-level systems and provide support in digitalization topics such as dashboard systems, digital twins or process simulations.
