Industrial Hot Melt: Prevent common errors with this strategy

How do I reliably monitor the application of hot melt adhesives?
The success of a hot melt system, and therefore the final product, will be determined by how the adhesive is applied.
To obtain a high quality product, you should expect nothing less than a uniform application across the entire surface.
With this ambitious goal in mind we present our specialized HM-Inspector system, developed to automate the gluing process as precisely as possible. This system is coupled with a line scanner aimed at the backing tape, conveniently providing uninterrupted data in real time.
Anomalies such as air pockets in hot melt lines, contamination/erroneous settings affecting application heads or aging segment pumps will negatively affect the hot melt application. Our strategy will greatly improve the hot melt process by ensuring that the temperature remains stable and the hot melt is applied homogeneously.
Thanks to its scalable design you can also add other features to increase the accuracy of your adhesive application (e.g. segment pump/application nozzle control).
