Introducing: The new IR 2D-Scan
If you need to monitor large areas like cooling beds, ore depots or tyre storage facilites, then the 2D-Scan is the system for you. This modular system, expandable with up to 8 sensors, pairs a line scanner with a tilting unit, allowing it to monitor large areas in just a few seconds (e.g. 30 x 60 m in 10 seconds).
How does the MP300 improve it?
When paired with the new MP300 Line Scanner, the scanning time can even be halved thanks to its doubled speed of 300Hz while still maintaining the advantages of its predecessor such as:
- High resolution
- Individual alarms/warning thresholds
- Flexible integration into existing control systems via OPC, Profibus etc.
- Wide range of spectral and temperature measuring ranges, as well as extensive accessories (IP65 protective housing)
- And more!
A main highlight is the possibility to define any number of independent sectors in the detection range. The results can be later individually forwarded for further analysis.
*The reduced scanning time also applies when using several sensor units. After one-time pre-configuration, a sensor unit can also be operated autonomously without any visualisation (PC) and interface unit as a pure alarm unit.
