Within the scope of tailored tempering, we support a wide variety of processes. As the picture illustrates:
1) Split furnace zones
2) Partially heated dies in the press
3) Tempering unit at the end of the furnace
4) Tempering unit in the furnace with downstream thermal stabilization.
Regardless of the choice of machines/technology, the PH-Inspector can be easily integrated and maintains a high level of accuracy while monitoring non-stop and cycle-time neutral.
Due to the line-shaped pick-up of the blanks during transport on the roller conveyor, approx. 50mm free field of view is sufficient, which allows a single-face installation and also retrofitting in existing production lines.
